This apartment is centrally located in the heart of the European District, one of the most modern areas of Brussels and right inbetween the Royal Park, the Jubilee Park and the Leopold Park.

The apartment is found in the vibrant heart of Brussels and combines aesthetic appeal with functional style. The elegant interiors are showcased in a contemporary style in shades of black, white and tan. Accents in dramatic red infuse the minimalist colour palette with energy. The fluid lines and bold curves of the furniture complement and enhance the stylish colour palette and accessories. The airy rooms and broad windows create spaces that are filled with light during the day. From the bold, creative wall hangings to the accent wall in shades of yellow in the sleeping area; it is evident that each aspect of the overall design has been skilfully planned to ensure a highly satisfying customer experience. Located on Rue Belliard in Brussels, guests will find themselves in the centre of European power and influence. Within walking distance to the European Commission, European Parliament buildings, embassies and exciting venues for entertainment; the apartment is a wonderful location for both work and relaxation. Guests can take a short walk to the beautiful Leopold Park to watch the Egyptian geese, visit the famous Library of Solvay or experience the array of excellent restaurants nearby. With easy access to the city’s system of transport, the apartment is also a splendid base for those who wish to travel.

I'm always available for the guests.
Free Wi-Fi access and Cable TV available.
I provide my guests with clean towels and linens.

Neighborhood: Quartier Europeen

Stretching between Jubilee Park to the East, Leopold Park to the South and Brussels Park to the West, the European quarter is one of the world's most important strips of real estate, home of the European Parliament and EU Commission. Turn west from Schuman Station onto Rue de la Loi and you're right in the heart of the European project. Here's the Justus Lipsius building, where the Council of the European Union sits, and the Berlaymont building, the EU Commission's glittering HQ, shaped like a giant steel and glass starfish. Parallel to Rue de la Loi runs Belliard Street, and this is where you'll find the European Parliament (if you're ultra keen on politics, you can even slip on a pair of earphones and listen in). But the European Quarter is more than just a vast office complex. There's also a staggering choice of restaurants and watering holes, although the night-life tends to dial down at the weekends when the Eurocrats are out of town. Plans to make the quarter more user friendly are currently afoot by turning part of the area into a pedestrianised zone and summit centre, nicknamed “Van Pompuy's egg” after Herman Van Pompuy, former president of the European Council .
